Cyber Threats in the Maritime Industry:
As part of an introduction presentation, guests will hear from Steve Sandford, Partner at CyXcel/Forensics & Incident Response. In this session, CyXcel will explore the growing cyber threats facing the maritime industry, with a focus on risks like ransomware, data breaches and system disruptions. It will then shift to a panel discussion covering incident management and cyber resilience, emphasising the need for proactive planning, continuous monitoring, regulatory collaboration, and robust recovery strategies to ensure organisations can quickly restore operations after a cyber-attack.
