For our July Face-2-Face, we’re heading on-site to the Port of Liverpool for an exclusive visit to Maritime Transport’s brand-new container storage terminal – a multi-million-pound development that marks a major step forward for logistics in the region.
Opened in September 2024, this state-of-the-art facility offers 24/7 operations, capacity for 2,000 TEU, and a full suite of services including reefer plug-in points, devanning, handling, and secure storage. The site plays a critical role in supporting efficient freight movement from one of the UK’s most interconnected ports to key regional and national markets.
Guests will enjoy a presentation from Brian McWhirter, National Account Manager at Maritime Transport, who will provide insights into the strategic significance of the investment and how Maritime Transport is shaping the future of supply chain logistics.
