Our Purpose

Mersey Maritime exists to enable purposeful growth across the maritime sector in the Liverpool City Region and wider North West so that we can influence policy and drive change for the good of our industry.

We enable collaboration, innovation, important discussions and connections across the maritime sector. We champion and campaign on industries behalf to deliver impact that drives change.

Established more than two decades ago by industry, for industry, Mersey Maritime has grown from a regional cluster created to connect and champion the maritime community into a strategic convenor for one of the UK’s most diverse and dynamic maritime ecosystems.
